Fuel Polishing System
A Fuel Polishing System is a dedicated diesel fuel conditioning solution designed to maintain fuel cleanliness within the limits defined by EN 590 and ISO 4406. Diesel fuel degradation due to particulate contamination and free or emulsified water directly impacts engine reliability, injector life, and fuel efficiency.
A properly engineered Fuel Polishing System continuously cleans stored diesel by circulating fuel through high-efficiency filtration and water separation stages within the same storage tank. Unlike production-line NAS filtration systems, fuel polishing operates in a closed-loop mode, ensuring that stored diesel remains clean, dry, and compliant over time.

Core Information
The Fuel Polishing System configuration is optimized specifically for diesel fuel conditioning and cleanliness control.
In contrast, a NAS filtration system or hydraulic oil filtration system operates with complete separation of dirty oil and clean oil, typically used in automotive and hydraulic manufacturing environments to achieve NAS 6 or NAS 7 cleanliness levels. Fuel polishing systems do not separate streams; they continuously improve the quality of diesel already present in the tank.

Applications
Fuel Polishing Systems are deployed wherever diesel is stored for extended periods or used in critical equipment.
